THE SHIFT

I am no longer a designer who ships screens.
I am an AI Product Builder. I orchestrate and run a team of AI agents: they execute, I frame the problem, I verify, I decide.

In 2026 the line is no longer between people who use AI and people who don't. It runs between those who orchestrate agents and those who ask a chatbot questions. UX Design Paris was a UX agency for fifteen years. It is now an AI agency of one person and sixteen agents. What used to take a team and six months, I ship alone in a few weeks. 15 years of product design for Chanel, Dior, Accor, Carrefour, Forvis Mazars, Microsoft.

03  Task automation with AI

What I hand to AI agents.
What I keep.

Automating tasks with AI is not about bolting a chatbot onto your product. I take a business process and have a workflow of AI agents run it, with a human checkpoint at every step. The agents work inside your tools, under your own accounts, with a stop point wherever a mistake is expensive. These tasks run in production today, on my platforms and at my clients.

The taskWhat the agent doesWhat I keep

Research & interview synthesis

The agent doesTranscribes, codes the verbatims, clusters the insights, writes the synthesis and the personas.

I keepThe field work, and choosing the insight that changes the product.

Specs & user stories

The agent doesWrites the specs, the acceptance criteria and the edge cases from the brief.

I keepJourney coherence and priority calls.

Working prototype

The agent doesCodes the interface and the logic with Claude Code, Next.js and Supabase, then wires in the real data.

I keepTesting with real users in 72h, and the go / no-go.

Content & video

The agent doesFive sceniq.studio agents turn a brief into a product reel in 48h.

I keepArt direction and the message.

Sourced customer answers

The agent doesA RAG answers, cites the law and knows when to say it doesn't know. Live on tondroit.fr, 11 areas of French law.

I keepChoosing the sources, the fallbacks, the accountability.

Quotes & business documents

The agent doesA WhatsApp agent generates the quote from a voice message. Live on DevisGo.

I keepFinal approval by the tradesperson.

Deliverables inside your tools

The agent doesThe agent takes over the workstation: it opens Figma and builds the screens from the specs, creates the tickets in Jira or Notion, updates the Drive.

I keepArt direction, access rights, and sign-off before anything is shared.

Workflows and tool connections

The agent doesI connect your tools over MCP, database, CRM, messaging, storage, then chain the steps into one workflow. No more copy-pasting between apps.

I keepChoosing what gets connected, the stop points, and what must never run unattended.

Testing and QA

The agent doesThe agent drives the browser, replays the journeys after each release and reports regressions with screenshots.

I keepWhat actually matters in the journey, and deciding what gets fixed before release.

Setting up an agent workflow is a small part of the work. The rest is briefing, verifying and correcting. An agent needs a pilot. It is not a system you leave running.

06  How I work

AI executes.
Product judgement stays human.

AI agent orchestrator, what that means day to day. I orchestrate more than 100 Claude skills and specialised agents. Research, design, code, APIs, video. My work has moved from execution to verification. I stay the decision maker on framing, priorities and the result.

01

Frame before automating

A poorly defined task produces an agent that fails fast and with confidence. Written brief, success criteria, input data, edge cases. That part does not get delegated.

02

Orchestrate, don't prompt

Specialised agents, reusable skills, a checkpoint between every step. A chatbot answers. An agent executes, reports back and stops when it is unsure.

03

Verify, then ship

I review and test every agent output before production. Strategy, design, specs and build in one place, from the idea to a prototype tested in 72h. Field work, calls under pressure and holding a position in front of a board stay human.

07  Background

15 years as a UX agency.
Today, an AI agency.

Screen design on its own is worth little now. An agent produces it in minutes. What fifteen years of product work for demanding brands left me is judgement: framing the right problem, testing with real users, shipping under constraint. That is how you recognise an AI consultant. Products shipped, failures, a career before the models. Today I apply it as an AI agency and AI consultant, in Paris and remotely.

08  FAQ

AI agency, AI consultant, agents, automation.
The short answers.

What people ask me most before a first call. Full FAQ →

What is an AI Product Builder?

An AI Product Builder designs, automates and ships a digital product end to end by orchestrating AI agents. They cover product framing, design, specs and build, where a classic team chains a PM, a designer and developers. They don't ask a chatbot questions. They run agent workflows that they brief, verify and correct. I do this job on my own platforms: sceniq.studio, tondroit.fr and DevisGo.

What does an AI consultant do, and how are you different?

An AI consultant identifies the tasks where artificial intelligence delivers a measurable gain, frames the use cases, picks the tools and drives the rollout to production. Most deliver a report and a roadmap. I deliver the system, because I build it myself with Claude agents. On the Paris market a senior AI consultant charges €600 to €1,200 a day. I work on a fixed fee, with something running at the end.

Which tasks can AI agents automate in 2026?

Repetitive tasks built on text or data. Interview and research synthesis, writing specs and user stories, generating and testing code, producing content and video, sourced answers to customer questions, generating quotes and documents. According to Anthropic's State of AI Agents Report 2026, 57% of organisations already deploy agents on multi-step workflows. Framing the problem, making the calls and owning the result do not get automated.

Why do most AI agent projects never reach production?

Rarely because of the model. The causes are organisational. Vague scope, unprepared data, underestimated integrations, no human checkpoint. A poorly framed agent fails fast and with confidence. I work in the opposite order. Framing and success criteria first, a working prototype tested on your data in 72h next, the deployment sprint only after that.

What is a Claude expert and what do they do?

A Claude expert designs working systems around Anthropic's models. Agents with the Claude API and the Agent SDK, MCP connectors, reusable skills, sourced RAG, Claude Code to ship production code. On an engagement, I take a business process and turn it into an agent workflow with its verification points. I run more than 100 Claude skills and 16 agents in production on my platforms.

What is an AI agent orchestrator?

An AI agent orchestrator breaks a process into tasks, hands each task to a specialised agent, connects the agents and puts a human checkpoint where a mistake is expensive. They write the briefs, define the success criteria, verify the outputs and correct them. This is the role I hold on my platforms and on client work. The rare skill is not starting an agent. It is knowing when to stop it. More on AI agent orchestration →

Freelance Claude AI expert in Paris, for which engagements?

Three cases come back. A company wants to automate specific tasks with Claude agents and doesn't know where to start. A product team wants a working AI prototype before committing a development budget. A founder wants a complete AI product without hiring four people. I work freelance, in Paris or remotely, on a fixed fee, with a deliverable that runs at the end of every engagement.

How much does a 72h AI sprint cost?

From €3,500 up to €6,000 ex. VAT depending on complexity and the data to connect. The sprint covers framing the hypothesis, a working prototype, agent or product, a test with real users or real data, and a costed go or no-go recommendation. The fee is fixed before we start, never time and materials.

Why a solo AI agency rather than a classic one?

A classic agency puts a salesperson, a project manager, a designer and two developers between you and the result. Every relay costs time and information. Here one brain frames, designs, has the agents write the code and ships. The fee is two to three times lower for the same scope, and you talk to the person doing the work. The limit is real too: I take no more than two engagements at a time.
