Designed Expert-ID — a digital professional identity card with QR scan, instant legal validation, and proof of licensed practice. FigJam user flows, regulatory functional specs. One single point of contact: strategy + design + specs.

THE PROBLEM
Chanel's internal team had no UX/UI methodology to challenge their technical vendor or make interface decisions independently. Their credibility was fragile, user journeys inconsistent.

Make the team fully autonomous on UX/UI decisions. Build their ability to push back on the vendor. Co-design an MVP with a coherent product vision.
